The X-Dome 2 is an ultralight freestanding tent developed for efficient design to be more spacious, protective, and user friendly. It combines a weight efficient and simple X-Mid floorplan with a structurally optimized pole set to provide unprecedented space and protection for the weight. This is a generously sized and fully freestanding two person shelter that is highly liveable in tough conditions. The X-Dome 2 is a true two person shelter that is noticeably more spacious than comparable tents with a floor width of 52 inches for the full length to accommodate two wide pads and a length of 88 inches suited for taller hikers. Interior height is 43 inches, which is 3-6 inches taller than comparable tents.
